Black Bean Burger Pita Sandwiches

What you'll need: 

1 pack (4 patties) Lightlife Black Bean Smart Patties
4 pita breads
1 head of green lettuce, washed and leaves separated
1 tomato, cut into slices or diced
1 red onion thinly sliced
1 cup feta cheese crumbles

How to make it: 

Preheat your grill to high and spray with a nonstick olive oil spray.
Place the patties on the grill and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
Lay a few lettuce leaves on each pita and top with two black bean burgers.
Garnish with some tomato, red onion and feta cheese.
Fold in half and serve at once.
