Egg Buffet

What you'll need: 

1 package (14 oz) Lightlife® Gimme Lean® Sausage
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
6 eggs
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 cups reduced fat (2%) milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
5 slices whole wheat bread

How to make it: 

In a skillet, sauté Gimme Lean® Sausage in oil for about 5 minutes, until lightly browned. Layer sausage in the bottom of a 9x9 inch pan. Cut bread slices into 1-inch strips and layer them across the sausage.

In a small bowl beat the eggs and milk. Pour egg mixture evenly over the bread slices. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered in a 350°F oven for 35-45 mins. or until golden on top.
