Hot Mexican Dip

What you'll need: 

1 package (12 oz) Lightlife® Smart Ground® Original
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 can (16 oz) no fat refried beans
1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
3/4 cup taco sauce
2 cups shredded reduced-fat Mexican cheese blend, divided
1 cup fat-free sour cream
1/3 cup chopped green onions
tortilla chips (optional)

How to make it: 

Crumble Smart Ground® Original into a large bowl. Add chili powder and onion powder; stir to combine. Set aside.

In a 13x9x2 baking dish coated with olive oil, layer the beans, Smart Ground® mixture, green chilies, taco sauce and 1 1/2 cups cheese.

Cover and bake at 350°F for 25-30 mins. or until cheese melts and bubbles around the edges.

Cool for five minutes. Spread sour cream on top; sprinkle with green onions and remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.
