New England Chick'n Corn Chowder

What you'll need: 

1 package (6 oz) Lightlife® Smart Strips® Chick'n
1 package (5 oz) Lightlife® Smart Bacon®
3 Tbsp. soy margarine
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
3 cups plain soy milk
1 1/2 cups frozen corn kernels
1 tsp. fresh thyme, chopped (or 1/4 tsp. dried)
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

How to make it: 

Melt soy margarine in a large Dutch oven, over medium heat. Add onion, celery and jalapeño; cook for a few minutes, until tender, stirring frequently. Add flour; cook one minute, stirring constantly. Slowly stir in soymilk and remaining ingredients, except the Smart Bacon®. Bring to a boil and cook until thick, about five minutes.

Serve hot with Smart Bacon® crumbled on top.
