Pesto Pizza with Italian Smart Sausages and Artichokes

What you'll need: 

1 package (12 oz) Lightlife® Smart Sausages® Italian Style
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 prebaked thin pizza crust (12-inch)
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained, cut into quarters
1 cup shredded non-dairy mozzarella
1/4 cup prepared basil pesto

How to make it: 

Preheat oven to 450°F.

In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add Smart Sausages®; cook 6-8 mins. or until browned. Cut into 1/2-inch rounds.

Place pizza crust on baking sheet and spread with tomato sauce, leaving a 1-inch border. Scatter sausage and artichokes on top; sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 12-14 mins. or until cheese is melted and golden. Dot with pesto; bake 2 minutes more. Cut into 8 wedges.
