Pot Stickers

What you'll need: 

1 package (12 oz) Lightlife® Smart Ground® Original
3 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. finely chopped garlic
3 sliced green onions
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
15 wonton wraps
2 cups vegetable oil

How to make it: 

Preheat olive oil in sauté pan over medium-high heat. When hot, add Smart Ground® Original, garlic, green onions and soy sauce; sauté until slightly browned. Put a scoop of mixture in center of each wonton wrap. Fold and roll up; seal edges with water.

Heat 1/4-inch layer of vegetable oil in sauté pan. Fry pot stickers for 2 minutes on each side or until brown. Serve with soy sauce on the side for dipping.
