Twice Baked Potato with Smart Bacon

What you'll need: 

8 slices Smart Bacon®
6 medium baking potatoes
1/2 stick of butter
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. salts

How to make it: 

Bake the potatoes in a preheated 350°F oven for 1 hour. Cut the very tops of each potato in an oval shape, and scoop out the insides to create "boats." In a large bowl, mash the insides of the potatoes with the butter. Whisk in the milk, and whip until light and fluffy. Mix in the cheese and seasonings. Fold in Smart Bacon®. Sprinkle tops with extra strips of crumbled Smart Bacon®. Salt and pepper to taste. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown on top.
