Vegetarian 'Beefy' Brunch Rolls

What you'll need: 

1 refrigerated pizza dough roll
1 pound Lightlife Original Beef Crumbles
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese (or vegan cheese)
1 cup (packed) fresh baby spinach

How to make it: 

Preheat oven to 425. Roll out pizza dough on parchment paper. Top with beef crumbles, cheese and baby spinach, all spread out evenly over dough. Roll dough and toppings together along the longer side of the dough. Slice into 1 inch thick rolls.  Line baking sheet with parchment paper and lay rolls flat with an inch or so spacing between each roll.  Bake for 14-17 minutes.
