CONTAINS: SOY, WHEAT.
SKILLET (OUR FAVORITE): Add a small drizzle of oil to a non-stick pan, preheating to MEDIUM heat. Add SMART GROUND® to pan, using tongs or a spoon, break up crumbles, mixing constantly for 3-4 minutes until warm and evenly browned.
MICROWAVE (1,100 WATTS): Place SMART GROUND® on microwave-safe plate and break up crumbles. Cover with a paper towel and heat on 100% power 2 to 3 minutes or until hot. Stir before serving.
