Instructions:
1. In a skillet over medium heat, add the oil, and then the tempeh. Fry tempeh for 3-4 minutes per side, until each side is seared and tempeh is heated throughout. Remove from heat and set aside.
2. In a large salad bowl, combine the lettuce, onions, celery, carrots, and dressing; toss to combine. Add the buffalo tempeh.
3. Assemble the sandwich by adding the tossed salad & tempeh mixture with some sliced avocado to a bun of your choice and enjoy!
