Cooking Instructions

Oven
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake breasts on a parchment lined pan for 18-19 minutes turning halfway. Cook to an internal temperature of 165°F. If cooking from frozen, add 6-7 minutes.

Air Fryer
Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Cook tenders for 9 minutes, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F. If cooking from frozen, add 1-2 minutes to total cook time.

Pan Fry Instructions
If frozen, thaw in refrigerator before preparing, Lightly spray a nonstick skillet with oil and bring to medium heat. Cook breast for 11-12 minutes, flipping every 3 minutes. Brown evenly and cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F.
