Greek Chicken Wrap

4 tortillas or wraps of choice
6 tbsp plant-based tzatziki
2 cups spinach
⅔ cup roasted red peppers, sliced thin
⅔ cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced in half
While those are cooking, heat your tortillas or wrap in non-greased pan on medium heat for about 2 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Remove your chicken from heat source and slice into strips.
Now assemble your wrap! Distribute tzatziki evenly between all tortillas and spread an even layer on the tortillas. Split the spinach, roasted red peppers and olives evenly between the tortillas and pile each ingredient into the center of your tortilla. Add chicken strips. Close up your wrap and enjoy!
Pro tip: if you’d like to give your wrap a little extra crunch, put 1 TBSP of olive oil in a pan on medium high heat. Then place your wrap into the pan with the seal side down. Once that side is crispy, flip to the other side. Cook for about 2 minutes, then serve.
