1. Spread the pesto equally across both flatbreads. Layer the basil leaves, turkey, cheese, and peppers on one side of each flatbread.
2. Fold flatbreads in half and spray each side with oil. In a skillet over medium heat, toast the flatbread sandwiches (turning halfway through) for 6-8 minutes, or until cheese begins to melt. Remove from heat and slice sandwiches in half, serve
