Instructions:
1. To prepare meatballs, heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in pan and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side until evenly browned and cooked throughout.
2. While the meatballs are cooling, coursely chop cucumbers, olives, pine nuts, onion, herbs, raisins, and toss to combine.
3. Toss the cucumber mixture with vinegar and 1 Tbsp oil, and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
4. To serve, spread yogurt on the bottom of a bowl or plate, top with the salad and meatballs.
