Instructions:
1. Remove cubes from marinade and transfer to another bowl with bok choy, and oil. Toss to coat. Skewer the tempeh on wooden skewers.
2. On a grill over medium high heat, grill tempeh skewers, turning occasionally until charred grill marks appear on all sides.
3. While they are cooking, add the bok choy to the grill, flat side down, and grilled until soft and charred (about 5-7 minutes).
4. Remove everything from the heat and set aside.
