Original Tempeh Garden Pizza

1 premade cauliflower pizza crust
1 tsp olive oil
Pinch of salt, pepper and garlic powder
5 oz plant-based cream cheese
¼ cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
¼ cup mini cucumbers, sliced thin
¼ cup sweet peppers, thinly sliced, 1 inch long
A few fresh basil leaves, chiffonade
Handful of microgreens or sprouts
Juice from half a small lemon
Cook cauliflower pizza crust according to package directions. Once golden brown, remove from the oven and let cool for ~5-10 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a small pan on medium high heat until shimmering. Add tempeh, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Sauté tempeh until golden brown. Remove from heat.
Spread an even layer of cream cheese onto the pizza crust. Top with tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet peppers, tempeh, basil leaves and microgreens. Squeeze fresh lemon juice on top of pizza. Cut as desired and serve.
