1. In a skillet over medium heat, add the oil, and then the tempeh. Fry tempeh for 3-4 minutes per side, until each side is seared and tempeh is heated throughout. Remove from heat and set aside.
2. In a large salad bowl combine the lettuce, onions, celery, carrots and dressing, toss to combine. Top salad with buffalo tempeh and avocado, serve.
