Buffalo Tempeh Salad

7 oz LightLife® Buffalo Tempeh
8 cups Romaine Lettuce, chopped
.50 cup Celery, chopped
.50 cups Avocado, diced
.25 cups Carrots, shredded
.25 cups Red Onions, sliced
.25 cup Plant-based Ranch Dressing
1 TBSP Safflower Oil
1. In a skillet over medium heat, add the oil, and then the tempeh. Fry tempeh for 3-4 minutes per side, until each side is seared and tempeh is heated throughout. Remove from heat and set aside.

2. In a large salad bowl combine the lettuce, onions, celery, carrots and dressing, toss to combine. Top salad with buffalo tempeh and avocado, serve.
