Instructions:
1. In a skillet over medium heat add the oil and tempeh cubes. Cook for 7-9 minutes, stirring occasionally. When the cubes are fully cooked, add the tomato paste and water and stir to combine with the tempeh. A sauce should form, at this point, add the yogurt and stir until combined. Remove from heat.
2. Assemble bowl with rice, then top with tempeh and sauce, then garnish with pickled onions, cucumber, peppers and fresh herbs. Serve.
