Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in skillet over medium high heat. Add the onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 more minute.
2. Add the diced tempeh to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the tempeh begins to brown, about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in the tomato sauce and taco seasoning to the skillet, and continue cooking with the tempeh until everything is well coated, about 2-3 minutes.
